BJP Health and Medical Cell Convener Puneet Mahajan Advocates for Expansion of Ayush Services in Jammu & Kashmir, Meets with Director Ayush to Address Public Health Concerns
Jammu, March 07, 2024: BJP Health and Medical Cell Convener Jammu & Kashmir & Senior BJP Leader Puneet Mahajan met Director Ayush J&K Dr Mohan Singh and raised various issues of public importance and pressed for opening of more and Panchkarma Centers in the UT with adequate staff .
Mahajan had a detailed interaction with the Director wherein he projected several demands and issues especially opening of more and more Panchkarma Centres so that the people of the UT could be benefitted from this ancient method Panchkarma as has its roots in ancient Indian medicine and has been practiced for thousands of years , inclusion of Ayush Aahar (Diet) as a therapy in Ayush Centres, Strengthening of Diagnostic facilities in Ayush Hospitals as well as Ayush Wellness Centers, Emergency facilities to be provided at Ayush Hospital, etc
Puneet was full of words for Dr Mohan that he managed the covid-19 crisis by distributing the immunity boosters in every nook and corner of the UT and also supported BJP Health and Medical Cell in organizing hundreds of camps throughout the state.
Puneet Mahajan assured her that wherever he need any volunteers any time entire Health and Medical Cell team is available 24X7 to serve the cause of the people for which already our workers are on their toes since the beginning of Corona crisis..
Mahajan also discussed with the Director that a large scale awareness among the masses about the benefits of Ayush Medical System by creating awareness by different means viz addressing the media by senior doctors and educate the masses over this Medicine system.
Director on this occasion thanked the convener for appreciating the work and sacrifice of the doctors and health care workers in fighting the Covid-19 Pandemic
