Outsiders given preference, locals forced to pay tax: Mehbooba Mufti  

SRINAGAR, July 12, 2021 : The PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti has reiterated the slogan for the restoration of Article 370 and 35-A.

The former Chief Minister said that Article 370, 35-A, and Domicile Act were not given to Kashmiris by any foreign country.

Before the nation gave it to us, Maharaja Hari Singh had brought it to protect the identity of the people of Jammu Kashmir.

She said that we have these laws have to be upheld. Mehbooba Mufti said that after the repeal of these laws, it seems that the only motive behind this was to loot Jammu Kashmir.

“Outsiders are being given top position in Chenab Valley Power Projects, our water and electricity goes out. Our transporters are in trouble.

They have to pay toll taxes,” She said. (PTK)
