Jammu, June 17, 2021: India on Thursday asserted that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of it and no inquiry can change the reality, the claim came after Pakistan’s foreign minister in a letter to two top UN officials including one by New Delhi. Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Arindam Bagchi also said that cross-border terrorism is “unacceptable”.

Bagchi was asked to comment on Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s latest letter to the President of the United Nations Security Council and the UN Secretary-General.
In the letter, Qureshi alleged that India is changing the demographic composition of Kashmir by issuing fake domicile certificates and other measures.
He urged the UN Security Council to call upon India to withdraw its actions initiated on and after August 5, 2019. (PTK)
