ADKUF, DNWC, DMPC, jointly celebrate Independence Day

Jammu, August 15, 2023: Independence Day was celebrated in Durga Nagar Sector one with great enthusiasm, zeal and zeast.

A grand function was organised by All Displaced Kashmiri United Forum ( ADKUF) , Durga Nagar Welfare Committee and Durga Mandir Prabhandhak Committee where in people in large numbers participated.
National Flag was hoisted, saluted amidst singing National Anthem.


In their impressive speeches, P L Swadeshi, Prof. G L Koul, P N Raina, Behari Lal Bhushan Lal ,Bharat Bhushan Gosaien and Chand Ji Ambardar greeted people and also paid ” Bhavneeni Shradhanjali ” to all those Marty’s who made supreme sacrifices for this independence.

Indian position and status this time at the global level was also the focus of speeches which was described a pride and pleasure for every Indian.
After chanting vedic mantra’s for the peace, prosperity, and Development of the Indian Nation, every body congratulated each other. Sweets were distributed to express the enthusiasm.

Later on grand function was held TRT Buta Nagar which was attended by large number of People.
Recently formed G 33 also participated in this colourful function which was organised by President TRT Buta Nagar, Dh. Ashok Dhar along with his team and other camo inmates.
Children in colourful tri colour dresses and women in large number participated in this grand function

From G 33 it was attended by
Shree Moti Lal Malla a senior most community leader,
Sh. M K Yogi Ji, Sh. Sundari Lal Koul, Com. Mohan Lal Raina and Bharat Bhushan Gosaien while as from ADKUF side there were Prof. G L, ,Koul, P L SwDeshi, P N Raina, Badri Nath Ji ,Ashok Bhat, Satesh Raina, S L Mantoo, K J Tikoo, Surrinder Bhan, M L Koul, Shiban Ji Koul, M K Koul and P K Raina From DMPC and DNWC , C J Ambardar, M K Zutshi,Beta Ji Shashoo, Kaka Ji Tulmulla and others participated.

Sweets were distributed after hoisting the National Flag. Speakers greeted the public and paid tributes to Martyrs who laid their lives for liberating India from the cruel clutches Britishers.
