3 day long camp by ARTO Office Kargil concludes at Zanskar
KARGIL, JUNE 20, 2021: 3 day camp by the office of the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kargil concluded at Padum on Friday.
Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kargil Khadim Hussain informed that during the camp new registration of 20 fresh vehicles, renewal of 60 registration certificates, 80 fitness certificates, 10 permits, 10 extensions of vehicle life, 4 transfer of vehicles, 20 new learning licenses, 20 renewal of learning licenses, and 70 renewal of driving licenses were issued on spot to the applicants in the sub division.
Moreover, 20 candidates also attended the driving test held during the camp, the ARTO informed.
On the request of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Zanskar Sonam Dorjay, ARTO Kargil assured that the team of ARTO Office Kargil will hold a similar camp in the month of October this year, and try to resolve the problems facing by the people of the Zanskar sub division.
