Vikram Randhawa kick-startes reconstruction, widening of the culvert at Ward no-45, Gandhi Nagar
Jammu, March 10, 2021: Former Member Legislative Council (MLC), Ch. Vikram Randhawa, today while inaugurating the re-construction and widening of the culvert at Ward No-45 of Gandhi Nagar assembly segment along with Smt. Raj Rani (Hon’ble Councillor).
Speaking on the occasion, Randhawa said that the culvert in the area was constructed decades ago and was never repaired or renovated again following which the locals were facing many hardships.
The issue was brought to the notice of former MLC and Councillor who took up the matter with the concern officials and after sustained follow up the re-construction and widening of the culvert has been started today.
Randhawa expressed his satisfaction and said that BJP is committed to carrying forward the developmental agenda of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. He said that all hamlets of Gandhi Nagar would be developed on modern lines with world-class infrastructure. He also assured the people that all other problems of the area would be addressed soon in a phased manner.
The locals expressed their gratitude to Ch. Vikram Randhawa and Smt. Raj Rani and extended full support to the BJP in the coming future.
