SDM Shakar Chiktan takes stock of status of developmental works in Chiktan, Shargole tehsils

KARGIL JULY 03, 2021: In order to take stock of the status of developmental works in Shakar Chiktan Sub Division under different government schemes, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Shakar Chiktan Muhammad Sharif held meetings with the concerned tehsil level officers at Conference Hall Higher Secondary School Shargole and Shagaran Hall Chiktan here on Friday.

Officers of various departments attended the meetings.

During the course of the meetings, threadbare and meticulous discussion was held on the present status of different schemes and works under the State Sector Budget, SDP, District Capex Budget, CRF, BADP and other related schemes.

While taking brief from the officers about the pace of progress achieved on different works, the SDM stressed upon the executing agencies to make all out efforts to complete them within the stipulated timelines.

The SDM also stressed the departments to monitor the departmental works in terms of quality and quantity parameters. He also highlighted the need for better coordination among the departments while executing the developmental works.

Meanwhile, land related matters with regard to executing the governmental works were resolved.

The SDM asked the concerned officers to process land compensation cases at the initial stage of executing the works so that the concerned families may get the compensation amount in time without any inconvenience.
