Programme Officer, ICDS Kargil, Imteeaz Kacho visits Anganwadi Centre Tumail Colony
Kargil, July 15, 2022: Programme Officer, ICDS Kargil, Imteeaz Kacho today visited Anganwadi Centre (I) in Tumail Colony Kargil.
He was accompanied by Parveen Akhtar, CDPO-Kargil and other officials.
Kacho interacted with children, their mothers and staff and appreciated the commendable work being done by Zahra Bano, Anganwadi worker.
He pointed out that the centre has the potential to become a model centre for the entire district.
Further, he took note of the various issues being faced in making the centre functional. The children sang rhymes in Hindi, English and Purgi.
Kacho said that he will be visiting Anganwadi Centres of the district at regular intervals to get firsthand experience of their best practices and to monitor their functioning.
