Prof. Bhim Singh requests appropriate security cover

Sub:- Request for appropriate security cover to Prof.Bhim Singh & National Secretary.

Sir,
This is to submit that I have been in ‘Z’ security cover for long in Jammu and Kashmir. My security cover included a BP car with double escort in J&K. This is to inform you that the administration of J&K has removed my security vehicle. Even a BP vehicle in J&K was replaced by a broken Ambassador car. My security vehicle was withdrawn by the J&K administration and my security cover was also reduced to a half.
Only one security vehicle with police is provided at present to me. This has affected my movement in J&K which is passing through very dangerous situations. Besides Panchayat and District Development Council elections have been declared in J&K.
Kindly ensure/direct the administration in J&K to provide me full security cover with a vehicle I am entitled to being under ‘Z’ security cover.
It is also requested that the National Panthers Party Advisor, Mr. Sanjoy Sachdev (9312050006) who moves between New Delhi and J&K may also be provided appropriate security cover in New Delhi as well as in Jammu and Kashmir during his visit to J&K.
This is to inform your goodself that the Panthers Party is a recognized political party among three regional recognized political parties in J&K. That party stands registered as a political party in the rest of the country also.
I shall be grateful if necessary and immediate direction is issued to the authorities dealing with security cover in J&K so that I being the only ‘Z’ security protectee in J&K National Panthers Party may not be deprived of my right to canvass for the Panthers Party during DDC elections in J&K in spite of horrible weather and Covid-19.
