National Lok Adalat to be held in District Kargil on 10th of July, 2021: Chairman DLSA  

KARGIL, JUNE 30, 2021: According to the Chairman District Legal Services Authority (DLSA)/Principal and District Sessions Judge, Kargil, as per the directions of the National Legal Services Authority and Ladakh Legal Services Authority, National Lok Adalat is going to be held in District Kargil on 10^th of July, 2021.

In this regard, pre Lok Adalat Session shall commence from 5^th of July, 2021 to 9^th of July, 2021.

During the Lok Adalat different types of pre and post-litigation cases/matters will be taken for amicable settlement which include MACT Cases, Money Recovery Cases, Matrimonial Cases, Civil Cases, Criminal Compoundable Cases, Cheque Bounce Cases U/S NI Act, Labour Disputes, PUS Matters, Cases of Pre-litigation and Others.
