Mehbooba Mufti felicitates Senior Photojournalist Raman Raina
Raina’s photograph of late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed released formally, highly appreciated by all
Jammu, July 09, 2021: Raman Raina, a senior photojournalist of Jammu was today felicitated at Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (JKPDP) office by the former J&K Chief Minister Ms Mehbooba Mufti in presence of a host of senior PDP leaders including Firdous Tak, former MLC and an ex-Journalist.
Appreciating the photographic skills of Raman Raina, Mehbooba Mufti said that Raina’s beautiful photograph of her father and the then J&K Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed has been a treasure for JKPDP and is widely used by PDP for their various campaigns and office purposes.
Mehbooba thanked Raman Raina for the photograph which is being used by PDP for the past several years adding Raman Raina has a photographic skill that needs to be harnessed and groomed further.
Firdous Tak, while speaking on the occasion said that credit was due to Raman Raina for the past several years and PDP now decided to formally thank him and felicitate him by releasing a big size digital photograph of Mufti Mohammed Sayeed here today.
Raman Raina thanked Mehbooba Mufti for the gesture adding such appreciations help a person to hone the skills further.
