Koh-i-noor restaurant opening soon; to offer simplicity and creativity on a platter

Jammu, January 12, 2021: With a vision to provide the taste buds with a platter full of creativity yet with simplicity, a local entrepreneur-cum-chef Kunwar Deep Singh has announced to open ‘Koh-i-noor’ restaurant in the city, soon.

The restaurant coming up at Gandhi Nagar locality aims at bringing a unique flavor to those dining out of their homes with a twist to Indian food and yet keeping its essence intact.

Announcing that the restaurant gets open soon, Kunwar Deep Singh , the owner and head chef, said, “I want to bring my experience and love for food on the plate at a place where would I connect the best –of course, my own city, Jammu.”

“It is here where I very well understand the love and passion of the people for food. Jammu people love to explore and try new dishes, be it a small food cart or a lavish hotel,” he added.

Singh brings with him a vast experience in the restaurant industry by having worked with big hotels including Andaz by Hyatt at Delhi. Having graduated in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts, Singh has a rare combination of business acumen and artistic inspiration.
