Kashmiri migrant job aspirants protest in Jammu, demand release of selection lists
Jammu, February, 10, 2021 : Scores of job aspirants of Kashmiri migrant community on Wednesday held protest demonstration in Jammu, demanding release of all the pending selection lists under Prime Minister Employment Package.
According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) the protesters said that a package of relief and rehabilitation for Kashmiri pandits was announced in 2010 in which six thousands jobs were offered to them, however, for the last eleven years they are still waiting for these selection lists.
They further said that government has failed to provide justice to Kashmiri Pandits and selection lists of posts under the said advertisement are yet to be issued.
“We demand release of all pending selection lists so that justice is done with migrant Kashmiri Pandit youth,” protesters said—(KNO)
