Karnataka Poll Results a forewarning to BJP

The dreams of the arrogant and mighty BJP have finally dashed to the ground by the victory of the congress party in Karnataka polls.

The Karnataka assembly results have turned the applecart of BJP down as it was given a humiliating defeat despite the aggressive campaigning  by the top centre leaders of the BJP.

There was a three cornered contest in the southern state of Karnataka where the contest was among the BJP ,Congress and JDS ,while there was a neck to neck contest between the BJP and congress and the B JP was routed and got a drubbing at the hands of the sagacious voters .

The BJP forte was destroyed like a house of cards .The anti incumbency of the ruling BJP worked and it along with the positive and constructive politics of congress worked wonders and gave an unprecedented victory to the grand old party which has given a great setback to the BJP and all its talk and dream of returning back to power in Karnataka failed to materialize as the BJP was made to lick the dust .

These poll results should serve as a forewarning to the BJP and its leaders should realize that it is not an easy task to win the 2024 Lok sabha elections .

The Brahamnical conspiracy has resulted in the defeat of the saffron party. The BJP which is complacent should understand that the battle of 2024 is not a simple thing but a challenging job and the BJP think tank should introspect and find out the causes of its humiliating defeat at the hands of congress .

The victory of the congress party in the state of Karnataka is a feather in the cap of congress president Mallik Arjun Kharge and congress leader Rahul Gandhi .

The congress should build  on this triumph and meticulously work to repeat the victory in Rajasthan ,other states and at national level. .The people of Karnataka have out rightly rejected the politics of hatred and communal polarization and have voted in favor of love and communal harmony.

Modi charisma and magic as well as his slogan of Sabka saath and sabka Vikas did not work and impress the Karnataka voters with the result that BJP was humbled and shown the door.

BJP should do soul searching and introspection and find the reasons of its downfall .These assembly polls are very crucial as it will have great bearing upon the 2024 general elections .

Therefore the BJP which has miserably failed to win the polls should not take these election results casually but should attach importance to these poll results as after all these election results will definitely impact and influence the general elections of 2024.

Thus BJP should not take the election results lightly as these will definitely pave the way for a non BJP government at the centre after the 2024 Lok sabha elections .

In fact the Karnataka assembly poll results is a warning to the BJP and its leaders that nothing is impossible and everything is possible in the field of politics and congress can repeat its gains at the national level as the party will try its best to repeat the victory of Karnataka in the general elections of 2024 which are not far from today .

Congress should not be complacent and contented on this victory but work very hard in the coming days so that it will be in a position to be successful in the general elections and for this the party should work in discipline and shun groupism ,factionalism and lobbying and work hard to take a lead in 2024 general elections .

The hard fact is this that the southward march of the saffron party has  been halted as the BJP has failed to retain Karnataka and this does not augur well for the BJP which wants to capture power at the centre in 2024 but its hopes seem to have failed to materialize as it is very difficult for BJP to ride the horse of victory in the general elections in 2024.

The divisive ,sectarian ,communal and religious politics has been defeated in the Karnataka assembly polls as the poll results of this southern state is the triumph of the congress politics of love ,goodwill and communal harmony. The people of Karnataka have broadly voted for peace  ,development and inter –faith harmony.

The election results of the Karnataka polls shows that the congress has gained and performed extremely well and the good days for the congress have begun and it will capitalize and consolidate on the gains and poll results and it will do all possible to gain an upper hand in the Lok sabha elections .

The saffron party if it wants to retain power again in the 2024 general elections will have to work very hard and make introspection and pinpoint its loopholes and mistakes and make modify in its election strategy so that it will be able to defeat its arch rival the grand old party congress at the hustling.

The BJP will have to make a tight ropewalk and reenergize the party and make tremendous efforts and address the immediate issues and problems of the people and take all the sections of people with it so that the louts may not only sprout but bloom in 2024 the same way as it had bloomed in past two Lok sabha elections of 2014 and 2019.

But this is not a childish task but a herculean one and very tough job for which BJP will have to work hard to realize its mission and objective of again coming back to power at the third term in succession .The BJP will have to put is heart and soul together to realize its goal of again coming to power in 2024.

It will have to look into its deficiencies ,limitations and devise its poll policy and strategy accordingly so that it can beat congress in the ensuing general elections of 2024.The BJP has lost its only southern state where it was ruling and anti incumbency has deterred the saffron party to win the crucial Karnataka assembly elections as it faced a humiliating defeat at the hands of congress .

Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra has begun to show its impact and accordingly it dented the image and prospects of the BJP in Karnataka as the party faced the worst defeat in the state and the election results will definitely impact and influence the general elections in 2024.

The congress on its turn should not leave anything to chance and consolidate and strengthen its position and provide a strong alternative to the saffron party .

Muslims of Karnataka have by and large put their weight behind the secular party and have voted in its favor and now they should be given fair representation in the council of ministers when formed .

All the above shows that the Karnataka assembly poll results are a forewarning to the BJP that all is not well in the party and  its electioneering and thus BJP should modify its poll manifesto and shun the negative politics of religion to again gain power in 2024.

The voters of this southern state have rejected the Hindutava politics and even the development plank of BJP was eclipsed by the hard Hindutava and it should accordingly change and make modifications in its poll strategy and manifesto and make it in tune with the needs and aspirations of the voters so that it can retain power in the ensuing general elections otherwise the beginning of the doom of the political fortune of the BJP cannot be set aside.
