Kalash Yatra of Bhagwat Saptah taken out
Jammu, October 14, 2021: A Grand “Kalash Yatra” has been organized this afternoon on the eve of Shrimad Bhagwat Saptah Katha and gyan Yagya. The yatra commenced from Bakshi Nagar, Jammu and passed through various streets and bazaars of adjoining areas with Bhajan and kirtan and culminated back at Bakshi Nagar, Jammu. Large Number of Ladies and gents participated in the kalash yatra with traditional dresses. After Kalash Yatra all the kalash filled with water placed on the special place with chanting of vedic Mantras.
Shrimad Bhagwat Kathakar Sh. Phool Kumar Shastri , Sat Pal Singh Rathore and Sh. Bhupinder Shastri ji also participated and remained with devotees in the Kalash Yatra. Bhupinder Shastri ji lauded the efforts of Akhil Bhartiya Dharam Prachar Sewa Samiti, J&K, Jammu for organizing such religious events in Jammu, the city of temples specially in Ashwin month of Vikrami Samvat 2078.
Speaking on the occasion Sh. Sunil Sharma National Organizer of the Akhil Bhartiya Dharam Prachar Sewa Samiti, J&K, Jammu informed that the Bhagwat Katha which is starting today will continue till 20 October at Bakshi Nagar, Jammu. Hawan will be performed on daily basis from October 14 to 20, 2021 from 7:00 am and Bhagwat Katha from 01:00 to 05:00 pm. On the last day of Katha i.e. October 20, a Grand Sant Sammelan shall start at 11:00 am followed by Bhandara.
Among others who attended Kalash yatra namely Sh. Raman Sharma, Sh. Swatantar Bakshi, Sh. Raja Singh, Sh. Parshotam Sharma, Smt kiran kohli, Sh. Bishan Sharma, Sh. Ajay Kumar, Sh. Swarn lata, Abhilasha Sharma, Sujata Manhas, Sushma Sharma, Rani Devi and others etc.
