Guru Gyagi Murti unveiled in Religious Programme at Chatha Gujran

JAMMU, February 14, 2021:  A large number of devotees drawn from different parts of Jammu region thronged the Amareshwar Temple at Chatha Gujran near here today to take part in a religious programme.

After accomplishment of havan and puja archana, the devotees recited kirtan and paid obeisance in the temple.

The most revered religious leader Shastri Jeevan Bhardwaj while addressing the devotees said, “We must reminde ourselves that every civilization, culture and religion born on this earth is like a goldmine, rich and values, wisdom and vision. Let us share this legacy and construct a common platform of values for the rest of mankind to stand on”.

In a ceremony hosted by Pujari Birendra Kaith on the occasion, the J&K Batwal Welfare Association President Subedar Major (Retd) Romesh Sargotra and JMC Corporator Rashpal Bhardwaj jointly unveiled the Murti of Sri Guru Gyagi Ji installed in the temple premises in presence of Guru’s disciple Bawa Amar Nath.

After the puran ahuti, parshad was served to all devotees.

Earlier, the devotees offered prayers for Uttrakhand glacier disaster victims and wished a speedy and full recovery for those injured in the calamity.
