Bhim Singh urges President to advise FM to raise J&K issue with OIC countries

Jammu, March 03, 2021: Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India like other 575 princely states which integrated with the Union of India by 1949. Jammu and Kashmir was also became part and parcel of the Union of India. Prof.Bhim Singh, President of J&K National Panthers Party & Executive Chairman of State Legal Aid Committee expressed surprise that Union of India could not reply to the OIC (Organisation of Islamic Countries) when OIC issued official statement against India vis-à-vis J&K which is an integral part of India, yesterday. The NPP leader expressed surprise that the Union of India could not direct its ambassadors in the respective OIC countries when the OIC made a misleading statement to the United Nations Organisation on the status of J&K.
Prof.Bhim Singh conveyed to the President of India, Mr. Ramnath Kovind that he (Bhim Singh) had an opportunity to visit on motorcycle almost all the OIC countries including all Arab countries from 1967 to 1980 had an opportunity to address the universities and political groups in almost all the Islamic countries of the world. He said that the world including Islamic Countries had no information about the Jammu and Kashmir situation and the leadership and the media in the Islamic countries is taking misleading information from the international media which is controlled by CIA and other anti-India agencies. Prof.Bhim Singh that he had informed even wrote a book, ‘Peace Mission-Around the World on Motorcycle’. In that book, Prof.Bhim Singh had mentioned his interaction with the world press, leadership in the OIC countries and the international media on the situation vis-à-vis Jammu and Kashmir.
Prof.Bhim Singh expressed surprise that Indian Embassies should have been instructed after properly briefing them with literature about the relationship of J&K with the rest of the country (India). It appears that the present Union Govt. has not taken appropriate care to ensure that enemies of India shall not exploit the situation about India’s internal situation.
Prof.Bhim Singh said that India has completely forgotten (ignored) the Arab League and the Non-Aligned Movement Countries since BJP took over the command of Govt. of India. He suggested to the political parties to convene a meeting of the secular and democratic parties from all over the country at some reasonable place may be New Delhi and take urgent issues facing the country on national and international levels so that a joint action political plan is worked out to save the nation.
