Bakaya condemns PDD for poor maintenance
Jammu, June 10, 2021: Vijay Bakaya, General Secretary, Apni Party today condemned the PDD for faulty power supply to Sidhra and Tawi Vihar areas of Jammu.
In a statement issued here, Bakaya said that the residents were subjected to unbearable harassment daily by the frequent and long unexplained interruptions in this hot summer.
He further lambasted the PDD for not maintaining the transmission network and allowing frequent faults to occur which took long to repair.
He demanded that the PDD should tell the residents why there has been deterioration in power supply after improvement in the transmission network had been claimed to have been made.
He hoped that the PDD would not turn a deaf ear to the pleas of the residents who claim no special treatment but only demand scheduled uninterrupted power supply and proper maintenance.
