Traffic Cops Jammu save a Women from committing suicide
Jammu, June 27, 2021: The Timely intervention by Cops of the Jammu Traffic on Saturday saved the life of a 25-year-old woman who had threatened to end her life at near Asia Crossing Jammu, an official said.
He said, “On Saturday evening, Traffic police was busy in their day to days Traffic duties, in the mean time, Traffic Cops observed that a woman was Roaming near Asia Crossing in a very disturbed Conditions.
After observing her, Two Cops including a lady Cop went near her, She had Started threatening to end her life and stands on the Road side Near Asia chowk Crossing Jammu.
However The Traffic Cops caught her and dragged her from the Road side and took her near Traffic booth.
Within no time, DySP Traffic City South Jammu Sh Sunil Singh JKPS along with DTI Bikram Chowk Inspr Suhail Ahmad rushed to the spot to Convince the woman to Calm down, he said.
While Traffic police personnel kept the woman engaged in talks and Traffic Ladies Constables held her. finally, handed over to Concerned Police station.
The official said the woman was upset over some domestic issues.
The Commuters and General Public were all praises for the Traffic Cops for saving the woman’s life.
