President-JKNPP issues four weeks’notice to District Presidents to submit District Committee report

Jammu, June 15, 2021:Prof.Bhim Singh, President, J&K National Panthers Party (JKNPP) has issued four weeks’ notice to each of 22 Districts of J&K and Ladakh of the Panthers Party to submit district report to the Panthers Headquarters in Jammu within four weeks i.e. by July 15, 2021 about the Constitution of all District Committees of different wing of respective districts.
This has already been directed to District Presidents to send the committees in each district including 1). District NPSU Committee, 2). District Young Panthers Committee, 3). District Women Wing Committee, 4). District Ex-servicemen Committee, 5). District Farmers Committee, 6). District Trade Union Committee, 7). District Unemployed Youth Committee and any other committee on the issue the district leadership shall find necessary.
The District President shall also send Block committees and the names of Block Presidents by July 15, 2021. Prof.Bhim Singh sent a clear message that any failure or delay in constituting district and block committees shall be taken as a serious failure of the district president to act in accordance with the Constitution of the JKNPP which is applicable by the Election Commission of India to both provinces of J&K as well as Ladakh region.
Prof.Bhim Singh also made a strong appeal to the Working Committee of JKNPP urging them to act in accordance with the Constitution of the party and the formation of all District & Block Committees by July 15, 2021.
Prof.Bhim Singh called on the Members of the Secretariat which include all State Vice Presidents as well as General Secretaries as well as Provincial office bearers including the Provincial Presidents and the State & Provincial Secretaries who form the J&K and Ladakh Secretariat of JKNPP. Prof.Bhim Singh also informed the Secretariat that its urgent meeting shall be convened at the earliest.
