Member of J&K Constituent Assembly Krishna Dev Sethi passes away; Saroori condoles

Jammu, January, 28, 2021: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee, Vice President and Former Minister, G. M Saroori condoled the demise of Krishna Dev Sethi a veteran political stalwart and the only surviving member of Jammu and Kashmir Constituent Assembly who passed away after a brief illness.

Saroori termed his death as a “great loss” and said his immense contribution in social and economic uplift of his people would be remembered for long.

He is survived by son Mr. Achal Sethi who is Secretary Law and daughter Dr. Poonam Sethi.

Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family, the J&K Congress Vice President prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
