Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh Foundation presented gifts to women farmers

Jammu, January 18, 2021: On the occasion of Women Farmers day Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh Foundation in simple but impressive function presented gifts to the women farmers at the border village of Koleon, Suchet garh Jammu.
Dr. Taran Singh President of the foundation said that these gifts are given as the mark of respect to the women farmer community which is the back bone of farming in India. He said that we salute the hard working farmer women those not only work hard in farm fields to grow crops to feed the humans as well as animals but also look after their families with full strength and zeal.
Mr. N.P.Singh AAP Block president speaking on the occasion thanked the foundation for extending helping hand and honoring the women farmers that too in remote border village which is always under the threat of firing from across the border from Pakistan.
Mr. Angat Singh also spoke on the occasion.
