Lack of proper implementation of present transfer policy -AND 2021 created frustration among the Principals, ZEOs, lecturers Masters, teachers as well as Grade ll & III Teachers who are serving in far-flung areas since long, he said adding that they have lost all hopes and got frustrated due to favouritism policy in the department. The pick and choose in recent past transfers were made in violation of much-talked about transfer policy only to accommodate nears and dears of influentials.
“There is anomaly in the pay scales of Teachers/Masters in comparison to other states of the country. The Sixth Pay Commission recommendations are required to be implemented uniformly.
