BSS provides relief at Kumbh Mela
Jammu, Apr 18, 2021: The defining motto of the Bharat Sevashram Sangha (BSS) is ‘For the salvation of the self and the good of all’. This was stated by Swami Satyamitranand, Secretary BSS, J&K
In other words, he said, service of the Sangha is not an ‘add-on’ activity, but represents the core vision for the order as enunciated by Acharaya Srimat Swami Pranavanandaji Maharaj.
“This is the basis for the long history of dedicated and silent relief work carried out under the direct organizing and leadership energies of members of the Bharat Sevashram Sangha,” Swami Satyamitranand said.
He said this while providing relief to Sadhus, Sants, and all participants at Kumbh Mela. He said that Bharat Sevashram Sangha served daily food packet, sanitizer, daily essential need among all the participants of Kumbh Mela in Uttarakhand’s Haridwar amidst following all COVID-19 SoPs issued by Government of India.
