Apni Party Rallies Support for Zafar Iqbal Manhas in Anantnag-Rajouri Constituency, Appeals to Kashmiri Pandit Community

Sh. M.K. Yogi, a prominent Kashmiri Pandit leader within the JKAP, asserted that the Apni Party is the sole voice of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, capable of genuinely representing their interests and aspirations.

Anantnag-Rajouri, May 23, 2024: In a bid to garner support for their Lok Sabha candidate, Zafar Iqbal Manhas, the Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP) organized a public outreach program in the Anantnag-Rajouri constituency. The event saw party leaders appealing to the electorate, particularly displaced Kashmiri Pandits residing in Jammu, to vote for Manhas, promising development, fulfillment of aspirations, and renewed hope for the people of Jammu & Kashmir.

Vijay Bakaya, General Secretary of the JKAP, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the party’s commitment to progress, a brighter future, and ample job opportunities for the unemployed youth. He urged the people to vote for Manhas, highlighting his dedication to the region’s development.

Sh. M.K. Yogi, a prominent Kashmiri Pandit leader within the JKAP, asserted that the Apni Party is the sole voice of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, capable of genuinely representing their interests and aspirations.

Other prominent speakers, including Nanaji Wattal, Provincial Secretary of the Minority Wing, and A.K. Bhat, reiterated the party’s commitment to securing a dignified life for the people of the region. They underscored the JKAP’s vision for economic and political empowerment, promising a brighter future for all.

The event witnessed the presence of several notable figures, including former ASPC President R.K. Raina, Avtar Krishan Bhat, Vaibhav Matto, G.L. Pandita, Bhushan Lal Bhat, Udhay Shankar Kher, Chunilal Koul, Hiralal Bhat, and many others.

The JKAP, under the leadership of President Altaf Bukhari, has been actively campaigning across Jammu and Kashmir, holding public rallies in Srinagar, Anantnag, and Rajouri. The party’s campaign promises center around ensuring lasting peace, sustainable prosperity, and equitable development across the region if elected.
