Mujahideen Gazwatul Hind terrorist killed in Srinagar gunfight
He was assigned to carry out fidayeen attack: IGP Kashmir
SRINAGAR, November 12, 2021: The Inspector general of police Vijay Kumar on friday said that a local militant affiliated with proscribed militant outfit Mujahideen Gazwatul Hind was killed in an encounter between government forces and militants in Bemina Srinagar, he was assigned to carry out fidayeen attack.
According to press trust of Kashmir (PTK) A local militant of Mujahideen Gazwatul Hind outfit identified as Aamir Riyaz of Khrew Pulwama was killed in an encounter between government forces and militants in Bemina area of Srinagar city.
Meanwhile The inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar took to official twitter handle of Police and wrote that “Militant killed in Srinagar Encounter identified as Aamir Riyaz of Khrew Pulwama affiliated with proscribed militant outfit Mujahideen Gazwatul Hind. He was relative of one of the accused of Lethpora Attack and was assigned to carry out fidayeen attack: IGP Kashmir.” (PTK)
