Jammu, November 09, 2021: With the approval of the Provincial President J&K National Conference Jammu Province Mr Rattan Lal Gupta, Adv. Mr Abdul Gani Teli Provincial President OBC Cell Jammu Province nominated District Presidents OBC Cell Jammu Province.

Mr Devi Ditta Mehra (Bittu) shall be District President OBC Jammu Urban, Mr S. Kuljinder Singh Lubana shall be District President OBC Samba, Mr Nazir Ahmed R/o Gandoh shall be District President OBC Doda, Mr Rakesh Kumar shall be District President OBC Kathua Rural, Mr Sangat Singh shall be District President OBC Jammu Rural B, Mr Mushtaq Ahmed shall be District President OBC Rajouri Urban, Mr Madan Lal Verma shall be District President OBC Rajouri Rural, Mr Abdul Rashid Lohar shall be District President OBC Poonch, Mr Anayat Ali shall be District President OBC Udhampur Urban.

While Mr Farooq Ahmed Bhatt shall be District President Kishtwar, Mr Mohd Javid Bhat shall be District President OBC Reasi and Mr Mangtullah Lohar shall be District President OBC Ramban.
